This was the my first Elance project and I chose Esai because of the prompt responses that I got during the vendor evaluations. They were responsive to all of my comments and questions throughout the project. Because I didn't submit the most detailed design documents there were a few areas that were unclear. For most of those areas I was given a well explained list of options to choose from which helped to guide the development process. Once the first version of our product was complete Esai worked with us to resolve any of the issues we found during testing. Our final application exceeded the original design specifications and was completely ready to deploy. I plan to continue working with Esai to add additional functionality to my current app. Good work. –
